Feedback & Complaints Process

 

Although we endeavour to provide a high level of service and care, we understand that we won’t always meet your expectations. We like to hear all feedback, both good and bad, which can help us improve the service we offer to our patients.

You are welcome to provide some feedback via the form below, you are welcome to include your name and phone number if you would like us to call you to discuss, or you are welcome to leave these blank if you are simply providing feedback.

The feedback provided is sent directly to the owners of the clinic, who will respond to your feedback with in a few days of it being submitted.

  • When to Use: If you've first tried to resolve the complaint with the service provider and are not satisfied, or you don’t feel comfortable raising it internally.

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Role: Regulator for registered health practitioners (including dentists) – you can raise a concern / notification to AHPRA about a practitioner’s conduct or performance

National Health Practitioner Ombudsman & Privacy Commissioner (NHPO)

  • Role: Not a complaints body per se, but a consumer-advocacy group in WA that can support patients with their complaints, help you navigate the process, or advocate on your behalf.
