We’re a preferred provider for BUPA Members First, Medibank Members’ Choice Advantage, HCF More for Teeth, HIF Choice Provider and HBF Members Plus. Depending on your fund, this can mean 100% back on up to two check-ups a year, capped pricing and lower out-of-pocket costs. We’re also the only Bupa Members First and Medibank Members’ Choice Advantage clinic in Margaret River.
-
Yes. Under the Country Patient Dental Subsidy Scheme, holders of an eligible Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card can access a 50-75% subsidy on a range of dental treatment, including emergency care, at our clinic rather than needing to travel to a government dental clinic. Give us a call and we can talk through your eligibility and what’s covered.
-
Yes. We offer Afterpay, which lets you split most treatments (check-ups, fillings, crowns, whitening and more) into four interest-free fortnightly payments. We also offer Fund My Dental, an interest-free payment plan of up to $1,000 or $2,000 that you can apply for online in minutes, with a one-off establishment fee and a small weekly account-keeping fee while a balance is outstanding. Just ask our team at your appointment and we’ll talk you through the options.
-
Yes. We proudly bulk bill eligible children under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which covers up to $1,132 in dental treatment over a two-year period for children aged 0-17. Covered services include check-ups, cleans, x-rays, fillings, extractions and fissure sealants (orthodontic and cosmetic treatment aren’t included). Eligibility depends on Medicare enrolment and your family receiving certain Centrelink payments, such as Family Tax Benefit Part A. Not sure if your child qualifies? Just ask our team and we can check for you.

Call us on (08) 9757 2010 as soon as possible - we usually keep daily emergency appointments available and can often see you the same day, though these do book out fast. If it’s severe pain, swelling, facial trauma or a knocked-out tooth, call us straight away and our team will guide you over the phone on what to do in the meantime. See our Emergency Dental Appointments page for step-by-step first aid advice, including what to do with a knocked-out tooth.
-
Absolutely - you’re not alone, and we’re used to helping nervous patients feel comfortable. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation, a safe, mild option that helps you relax while staying awake and responsive, with a quick recovery afterwards. Dr Zena Ibrahim has a particular interest in supporting anxious patients and neurodiverse patients, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. For more complex or extensive treatment, sedation under general anaesthetic can also be arranged. Just let our team know when you book and we’ll tailor your visit to help you feel at ease.
-
There’s no minimum age - we welcome kids of all ages, from toddlers through to teens. Our team is gentle and patient with young or first-time patients, and we offer nitrous oxide sedation for children who feel anxious. Eligible children can also be bulk billed under Medicare’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule, and families with Bupa or Medibank cover get extra value on children’s treatment.
-
Yes to both. We’re conveniently located near the Margaret River town centre with free parking right outside, and the clinic is wheelchair accessible.

We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, and closed on weekends. You can book online through our Book Now button, or call our friendly team on (08) 9757 2010 and we’ll find a time that suits you.
-
No - you don’t need a referral to book a general dental appointment with us. Simply book online or give us a call. A referral is only needed for CDBS bulk-billed kids’ dental if you’d like us to confirm eligibility, which our team can help you check.
-
It depends on the treatment you need, so we’re not able to quote a price without an examination. What we can tell you is that costs are often reduced if you’re with one of our preferred health funds (BUPA, Medibank, HCF, HIF or HBF), eligible for CDBS bulk billing as a child, or hold a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. We’re also happy to give you a written treatment plan and cost estimate at your appointment before any work goes ahead, and we offer Afterpay and Fund My Dental if you’d like to spread the cost.

Act fast and call us straight away on (08) 9757 2010 - time matters. Pick the tooth up by the crown (never the root), avoid touching or scrubbing the root surface, and don’t let it dry out. If you can, gently rinse it in milk (not water) and try to place it back in the socket. If that’s not possible, keep it moist in milk, in the person’s cheek, or wrapped in cling wrap with saliva, and get to us as quickly as you can. See our Emergency Dental Appointments page for full first aid steps.
